Nat C. Jones was able to serve as the Executive Director for The Community Life Improvement Center, Inc. (The CLIC) and the Board President to guide the organization through strategic planning for fundraising. In 2 years she was able to raise the grant acquisition from $0 to over a quarter million, which allowed The CLIC to expand programming.

Developing Passion
Nat C. Jones has been working with The City of Orlando for over 10 years. She successfully managed the Mayor's City Academy for 2 years, which consisted of facilitating presentations between Orlando's 10 departments and the 60 citizens who are admitted every year. This work earned her a proclamation from the mayor. Her workshops at the Orlando Mayor Dyer's Neighborhood & Community Summit were also a favorite among attendees and highly rated.

The Orlando Magic honored Nat C. Jones for her work in the community by showing a presentation at the 76ers game on March 13, 2022. It was an honor being acknowledged for the work of promoting diversity and progressive thinking in her community transformation workshops.
